We're on the hunt for an energetic, results-driven Corporate Recruiter to help us build strong teams in the Phoenix market for Wingstop and Pizza Patron . This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping the future of two of the most exciting brands in the restaurant industry!
Key Responsibilities :
- Take charge of the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to making offers and guiding new hires through their onboarding journey.
- Provide expert advice to Hiring Managers on interview best practices, employer branding, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions including Managers, Cooks, Cashiers, and Office Team Members, performing thorough screenings to assess culture fit, personality, and key skills.
- Review and prescreen a high volume of resumes via the Applicant Tracking System, conducting Competency-Based Pre-screen phone interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using online resources like Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn, plus proactive cold calling.
- Stay in close communication with Operations and Store Managers to determine hiring needs for each location and support recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Create and negotiate compensation packages including salary, bonuses, benefits, and vacation.
- Ensure a seamless new hire process by overseeing onboarding paperwork, background checks, online testing, and drug screening.
- Monitor staffing needs for Cooks and Cashiers, assisting store Managers with recruitment as necessary.
