What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier position at WING TOWN?
1. Greet customers with a smile, provide them with menu
2. Complete understanding of menu items and explains it to customers accurately
3. Taking accurate food orders and process payments into the POS system
4. Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times
5. Assist in the preparation and packing of customer’s order ( check customer’s ticket )
6. Ensuring items are well stocked (cups and drinks etc….)
7. Must maintain cleanliness ( must maintain and sanitize the cash counter and dining tables)
8. Notifying kitchen staff of any food special orders or food shortages
9. Inform manager when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly
