About The Role
Wing is looking for a Site Launch Associate to join our Site Launch Team team based in Dallas, Texas for a 12-month fixed term contract. The Global Site Launch Team is looking for a driven individual to Coordinate Wing Nest site installation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for multiple partners. You will work with our general contractors and site launch vendors to successfully install Wing Nests. Additionally, this role may require ad hoc task completion for Wing cross-functional operations teams in the efforts to launch nest sites.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for setting up all Wing Nest Sites Setup projects in your given metro. Coordinate work efforts with vendors across multiple projects to meet schedule requirements and ensure proper coverage
- Review installation work for conformance with site drawings and Wing standards. Identifyand communicate areas of improvement.
- Help ensure the work of our vendors meets Wings needs. vendors onsite. Ensure timely scheduling of vendors to meet Wings launch schedules
- Assist the Site Launch Team in identifying new vendors that align with Wing scaling efforts
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors in your local metropolitan area
- Identify and action additional city requirements as needed
- This person is not afraid to get their hands dirty by quickly acquiring and installing signage, safety measures, etc as required during and after site setup
- Provide support for the local permitting efforts
- Visit prospective sites to verify existing site conditions during the design phase.
- Confirm site conditions shown on drawings and alert the design team of variances when identified
- 3 years of experience in in Operations, Real Estate, Permitting/Policy, Construction/Vendor Management, Program Management, Product Management, Project Management or Process Management / Optimization, or equivalent experience
- Construction and Facilities Management experience
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
- Ability to drive a project end to end from kick-off to delivery with quality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
