Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure proper stocking of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in housekeeping management or custodial services within a hotel setting is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
