Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Install and maintain various equipment and machinery
- Fabricate or weld components as needed
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience working with logic controllers and electrical systems
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in a second language, are a plus., both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset
