Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and must provide excellent customer service while efficiently managing all front desk tasks.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
-Run Night Audit Reports
- Start breakfast for morning attendant
- Keep front desk area clean and presentable
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk, guest relations, or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality management is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
