Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with food and beverages.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with their food and beverage selections, answering any questions they may have.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit.
- Monitor and replenish food items throughout the breakfast service to ensure a consistent supply for guests.
- Clear tables and clean up the breakfast area during and after service.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
- Operate cash register or Aloha POS system for guest payments.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of catering or banquet operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with meat cutting techniques is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
