- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring efficient use of available rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
- Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized reservation systems
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
