We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Clean and launder hotel linens, towels, and guest garments according to established standards.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and effectively.
- Sort, fold, and store clean laundry items in designated areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
- Ensure that all items are treated with care to maintain their quality and longevity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the laundry process.
- Assist with dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to operate various types of laundry equipment effectively.
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is a plus.
