Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate the phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, resort, or guest services roles is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Overnight shift
