As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy in our communities, from generating leads to securing lease renewals. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships with residents and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Hourly rate : $16.00 to $18.00 / hr.

Work Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm

As a Leasing Consultant you will :

Generate new leases and secure renewals, close sales with technical selling skills, manage lease paperwork, develop and maintain a lead database, respond to internet leads, and generate traffic through various marketing channels.
