As a Leasing Consultant you will :
- Generate new leases and secure renewals, close sales with technical selling skills, manage lease paperwork, develop and maintain a lead database, respond to internet leads, and generate traffic through various marketing channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease term, maintain strong relationships with residents, and address inquiries or issues promptly to ensure maximum lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, conduct market analyses, track economic trends, and handle other administrative duties as needed to support leasing activities.
