Salary : Up to $75,000

As a Property Manager, you will :
- Oversee all property operations, including maintenance, budgeting, marketing, lease administration, and more.
- Lead and motivate a team of property staff, ensuring high performance and exceptional resident satisfaction.
- Drive leasing success by attracting new residents, managing renewals, and conducting property showings.
- Manage financials, including budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoicing.
