Life Style Program Director/Senior Living

continuum of care campus when needed. We are looking for an experienced Lifestyle Program Director to plan, guide, and enhance One Wingate Way's Lifestyle Program, Aqua by Wingate.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Lifestyle Program Director is responsible for planning, guiding, and enhancing One Wingate Way's Lifestyle Program, Aqua by Wingate. The Director is responsible for building relationships with our residents to facilitate the social and physical well-being of each individual. They are expected to stay at the forefront of health and wellness trends and cultural activities to build the Aqua by Wingate brand and maintain One Wingate Way as the premier independent senior living location where individuals can maximize their potential and quality of life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee individualized and group health and wellness, spa, and fitness programs.
• Develop and maintain a well-rounded schedule for residents.
• Incorporate educational, cultural and wellness offerings, both on-site and off-site.
• With resident feedback, ensure all residents have access to a wellness program that meets their needs.
• Participate in marketing and promotional events, some of which may be in the evening and on weekends.
  * Maintain regular communication with families regarding individual resident's social wellness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in resident/guest programming, health/wellness, arts/culture, or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.
• 3 years of management experience in a hospitality, health and wellness, or related environment.
