Front Desk Client Care Specialist - Evenings and Saturdays
Business Hours:
Monday 9:00am-3:00pm,
Tuesday thru Friday 9:00am-7:00pm,
Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
As a Front Desk Client Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, setting the tone for their Wingate experience. You will play a vital role in coordinating service appointments and ensuring seamless communication between clients and staff. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using our advanced booking system.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, text, and face-to-face interactions.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by keeping the front desk area organized and efficient.
- Provide information on our services, packages, and promotions to enhance the client experience.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Evening and Saturday availability is a must.
