Food/Beverage Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker (Bar & Food service, with grill experience) to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional food service to our guests while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and hospitality, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation, ensuring all meals are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
• Support dietary aides in serving meals to individuals with specific dietary needs.
• Participate in catering events, including banquets and fine dining services, as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.

Skills

• Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in food service or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to assist in meal planning for special diets.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.35 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
