Assembly/Production Worker
Wingfan, LP is looking for an Assembly Technician

We are a small manufacturing company of fans for applications in the HVAC, road construction, agricultural, and automotive industries. Wingfan, LP has been in business since 1928 and currently has locations across the globe.

We are looking for a motivated individual with the skills to assemble fans in a small manufacturing setting, individuals who can manage their time and deliver quality products and have a strong sense of pride in the items they have produced. This is not a production line. There will be several areas of the warehouse/manufacturing where you will have hands on work.

Job Requirements

· Assemble all products according to work order directions and specifications.

· Ability to read and understand tolerances, measurements, and calipers is a must

· Experience with calipers, torque guns and various hand tools

· Experience with quality control preferred

. Mechanically inclined

· Able to comprehend and follow detailed work instructions

· Picking stock to perform assembly tasks

· Forklift experience

· Work in a safe and clean manner

· Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis

· Communicate with Production Manager

· Dayshift only

Position Requirements

· Able to work without direct supervision

· Ability to reach and maintain prescribed productivity levels for assembly

· Reliable transportation.

· Maintain an acceptable attendance record.

· Ability to pass a drug screen.

· Essential Job Functions

· Some heavy lifting required

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

· High School diploma or comparable education/experience

· Good work history and references required

Compensation and Benefits We offer Medical benefits, holiday pay, vacation and a 401K program. Hourly pay is $17.00 depending on experience
