Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, be proficient in blog writing and email marketing, and be able to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Coordinator: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, short-form videos, and written posts.
- Blog Writing: Research and write compelling blog posts for clients, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Email Marketing: Craft and send engaging email blasts using platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Community Engagement: Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule content using tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media and email performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Manage and execute paid ad campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing skills with experience in blog writing and email marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write compelling copy.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms is a plus.
