Duties

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and coffee preparation.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for front of house operations.
- Coordinate special events such as banquets or private parties to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management within the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of casual dining operations and bar management is preferred.
