Program Description:

Wings residents receive services from a multidisciplinary in-house care team including Mental Health Professionals, Addiction Counselors, Social Workers, Nursing Professionals, Case Managers, Fitness & Nutrition Coaches, Yoga Instructors, Residential Support Staff, and Mentors.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnostic mental health assessments
- Client group, lecture, and individual session services
- Crisis management services
- Case management
- Safety planning
- Treatment planning
- Transition planning
- Clinical documentation
Minimal Qualification Include:
- Master's degree in behaviors science field
- License seeking (LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) and eligible within the next 12 months
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- Experience working with adolescents
- Experience working with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Attitudes:
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Social, boundary, and attachment skills necessary to develop caring relationships with residents
