At W& R a Front of the House (FOH) position is one in which the primary responsibility is directly interacting with customers, including greeting them, taking orders, serving food and drinks, managing seating, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Essentially, you are the public face of the establishment. Responsibilities will vary and may include the following essential functions. Responsibilities
- Interact with every guest professionally and in a friendly and hospital manner.
- Accurately recording food and beverage orders from guests, including any special requests. Obtain thorough knowledge of our menu and be able to answer questions and make suggestions.
- Delivering orders to tables, or drive through guests, ensuring proper packaging and presentation, and refilling drinks as needed. Offering condiments and refills as appropriate. Pre-bussing tables.
- Processing customer bills, accepting payment methods and providing correct change.
- Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the dining experience.
- Keeping the dining area tidy by cleaning plates, resetting table and ensuring overall presentation of the restaurant.
- Adhering to established standards for service, dress code and sanitation procedures.
- Consistently working with others as a team, demonstrating our core values of Positively Impacting Others, Standing Together as Family, and Encouraging Fun.
- Accurately relaying orders to the kitchen and informing them of any changes or special requests. Required Skills
