Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining the kitchen area, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Support kitchen operations by preparing food items according to safety guidelines and recipes.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order taking and processing transactions accurately.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Experience with sales or upselling techniques is beneficial for enhancing customer interactions.
• A background in kitchen operations or food service roles will be advantageous in this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
