Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and enthusiastic attitude as they arrive.
- Accurately take food and drink orders while answering guest questions about the menu and specials.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Ensure that tables are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items before and during service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and escalate issues as needed to management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and serving alcohol, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized during busy shifts.
- Must be able to stand and move quickly for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures is a plus.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
