Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and dynamic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for serving drinks, taking orders, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Take customer orders, deliver food and drinks, and check on customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, process payments accurately, and provide receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and dining areas.
- Engage with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring food and drink preparation areas remain clean.
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to alcohol service and food safety.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Promote daily specials, events, and menu items to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, and offer recommendations to guests.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or server, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and basic bartending skills.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
