Graphic Designer
Full-Time Graphic Designer
Overview:
Wings Etc. Grill & Pub is a fun, laid-back sports bar franchise with 80 locations across 13 states and growing. We’re seeking a versatile creative who can seamlessly blend graphic design expertise and media coordination. The ideal candidate will design and execute marketing content that meets strategic business and brand objectives for Wings Etc., Inc. This position requires producing a variety of marketing materials—from digital and print ads, flyers, menus, billboards, mailers and promotional posters to signage, social media content, and videos.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Create and deploy assets for system-wide, Co-Op, and local store marketing needs.
- Use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce layouts and graphics for both digital and print media, maintaining accurate versions for dates, markets, and pricing.
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for organic and paid media.
- Work autonomously to develop compelling visuals and copy with minimal instruction, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Oversee digital/print creation and file management—reviewing project lists, clarifying details, developing brand-relevant creative solutions, presenting proofs, finalizing artwork, and distributing files.
- Create and schedule, engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), using social media and reputation management software.
- Deliver creative assets to advertising agency partner on schedule, ensuring franchisee approval is obtained beforehand to maintain alignment and efficiency.
- Collaborate on email marketing initiatives, including automation workflows and campaign deployment (using platforms like SendGrid, Punchh, etc.), contributing to overall marketing efforts.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and upload of branded apparel designs.
- Develop creative and execute loyalty app campaigns, including push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging.
- Build and manage an internal design request system for franchisees and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in developing promotional assets and signage for new store openings, following established brand checklists and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design and/or digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience creating Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads and posts, familiarity with current best practices.
- General understanding of marketing automation/email platforms (e.g., SendGrid, Punchh) and basic web technology.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (70% of work), Photoshop (15%), Premiere Pro (15%), and occasional Illustrator work.
- Experience with general or food photography and videography is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must provide detailed examples of self-created work for clients/advertisers: graphic design, digital design, and video production that has been used in retail space, social media, digital media, and web content
- Work Monday-Friday from Wings Etc. corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana, during regular business hours with occasional travel to restaurant locations or conferences
