- Provide addiction counseling and behavioral health support to residents.

- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and external service providers.

Requirements
- An adult that identifies as female.
- A relevant background in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a residential or similar setting.
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and behavioral health practices.
- Experience with case management processes and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in data collection methods for reporting purposes.
- First aid certification is preferred; additional training in medication administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and staff.
