Women's House Manager

Job Overview
The House Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff in daily operations and care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to health and safety.
• Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records related to resident care.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to support residents.
• Administer first aid and medication as required, following established protocols.
• Provide addiction counseling and behavioral health support to residents.
• Manage case files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and external service providers.
• Develop and implement programs that promote resident engagement and well-being.

Requirements

• An adult that identifies as female.
• A relevant background in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in supervising staff within a residential or similar setting.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and behavioral health practices.
• Experience with case management processes and documentation standards.
• Proficiency in data collection methods for reporting purposes.
• First aid certification is preferred; additional training in medication administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and staff.
