Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
- Help with food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices comply with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Support catering events or banquets by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with bartending practices or food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
