Day in the Life:(includes, but is not limited to)
● Trains to be familiar with Front of House or Back of House workstations, to include
greeting guests and taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken,
saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
● Helps deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean, organized,
and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
● Delivers Smileable Experiences to all guests by being genuine and connecting with
guests, resolving any concerns or complaints that may arise
● Contributes as needed to wider team efforts to achieve store goals
● Maintains regular and punctual attendance
● Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering
to our Wings Over dress code
● Other related duties as assigned
