Marketing Manager

The Opportunity :

Wings Over is searching for a Marketing Manager based in the Pittsburgh, PA area to join our team and help grow the company. This position will play a key role in building store sales and local marketing initiatives, and guide franchise partners through their own local store marketing initiatives. This role will be out in the field meeting new guests daily in the Pennsylvania markets. We're looking for someone who is outgoing and personable, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Market the brand that aligns with the company's mission and goalsNetwork within our Pennsylvania marketsCoordinate and execute food drops and marketing materials to local businesses and organizations within the store's delivery areasManage a team of part-time marketing brand ambassadors and potentially a team of college representativesAttend local events such as festivals, local markets, concerts, sporting events, etc. on nights and / or occasionally weekendsPlan and execute local fundraisers for all corporate stores and additional field marketing effortsWork and report directly with the corporate marketing department teamManage local store marketing requests for corporate and franchised stores in your territoryWork closely with franchise partners and our internal graphic design team to send artwork for any store's out-of-pocket marketing spendHelp plan and execute social media and influencer eventsOpportunities to travel for new store openings to coordinate promotions, events and field marketing food dropsAid in on-site system-wide new store openings and food drop executionWork with other departments to create and streamline systems to help franchiseesProvide a weekly summary, tracking and reports of the week's tasksOther related duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Table :

Field-based marketing and / or field sales experience highly recommendedRestaurant or QSR industry experience is requiredProject management experience. Bonus points for experience working with graphic designers and print vendorsExcellent listening, oral, and written communication skillsA passion for restaurants and love for great food and guest servicesEnjoyment with talking to all guests and stopping by businesses unannouncedStrong communication and organization details with high attention to detailStrong work ethic and high level of integrityPositive attitude when interacting with othersAbility to multitask and solve problems as issues ariseAvailable some nights, holidays, and possibly weekends for community eventsWillingness to travel to other store locationsMust be able to lift 50lbsLegal US work authorization
