As the Manager of Facilities and EHS, you’ll oversee the safety, maintenance, and operational excellence of our facilities. You’ll respond to and manage facility issues across our residential properties, Resale stores, and office spaces, ensuring they remain secure, efficient, and welcoming. Additionally, you’ll lead compliance initiatives, sustainability efforts, and improvement projects, all while fostering an environment aligned with our mission and values.

Objective : To manage and oversee high standards in all WINGS facilities, maintaining safe, clean and comfortable environments for residents and staff at all WINGS owned properties. To manage and oversee the environmental, health and safety programs at WINGS facilities.
Facilities Management :
- Oversee facilities staff in daily facility operation including maintenance, security and safety systems.
- Secure and oversee vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance, following WINGS Procurement Policies
- Assist in developing facilities budget and work to stay on track
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices to improve facility efficiency
- Maintain facility assessment document and perform analyses for project planning
- Collaborate with department heads / location point people for planning for facility needs
- Oversee facility projects as needed
- Create reports as necessary
