Summit- Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Intern
(Accepts second year graduate students enrolled in an internship class only)–Under the administrative/clinical supervision of the IHBT Supervisor/Field Instructor, the Intensive In-Home Services Intern provides services to clients, their families, and significant others as needed. The Intensive In-Home Services Intern is a member of a treatment team directed by an in-home therapy supervisor. There is an opportunity to work with clients experiencing mental health and behavioral issues as well as co-occurring (BH/SUD) adolescents. Services take place in the home and community. Work hours are flexible, some evenings apply. SWT, CT, MFTT or LSW required.
Intensive In-Home Services Interns provide the following services, including, but not limited to:

- Family and individual counseling
- Substance abuse counseling
- Family education
- Family and individual skill trainings
- Advocacy
- Information and referral
- Transportation
- Alcohol and drug treatment
- Crisis intervention
- Other services necessary to the enrichment of the intern environment
