Are you an approachable, efficient, and cooperative leader with a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our restaurant team as a Restaurant Shift Leader.
As the Restaurant Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and provides an exceptional dining experience. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct team members during your shift, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that all team members are friendly, attentive, and focused on delivering a memorable dining experience.
- Food Quality and Safety: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
- Shift Management: Maintain an organized and clean restaurant environment throughout the shift. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the shift and escalate them to the General Manager as necessary.

- Starting Salary Range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Required Experience:
- Food Handler Certification required
- Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
