Cashier Role at Wingstop:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service during the order taking process, whether by phone or in person. They will have to communicate effectively with team members in both the front and back of house to ensure our guests receive their orders on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Objectives:
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop.
• Greet all guests in a friendly manner whether by phone or in person.
• Place orders for guests, upsell menu items, and maintain knowledge of new items and promotions.
• Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe food handling procedures and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Core Competencies:
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Cash handling skills and restaurant experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
