What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Team Member position at Wingstop - FWS?
At Wingstop - FWS, we are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in delivering fast, friendly, and excellent customer service during the order taking process.
The ideal candidate should have experience using a computer and register (POS) system. A Food Handler Certification is also required. Strong cash handling skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays, are essential.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, either by phone or in person. You will be responsible for placing orders for guests in-person and over the phone while accurately processing cash, credit card, and gift card transactions and balancing the register at the end of each shift.
In addition to maintaining a clean and stocked Front of House (FOH), you will practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines. If a guest has a complaint, you will receive it and guide the manager on duty if necessary.
