Duties include covering for employee absences, managing cash drops from the register and resolving problems that occur during their shift.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts to guarantee efficient operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Oversee kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills:
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen management
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions
- Knowledge of food service management principles
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Demonstrated skills in hospitality and creating a positive guest experience
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Prior experience in supervisory roles is preferred
