WHAT WE’LL NEED | The Brand Standards Analyst is a key member of the Brand Standards team, supporting programs that promote and hold accountability for Operations Excellence and Food Safety. A great Brand Standards Analyst is collaborative, takes initiative, and is driven to support the team, the organization, and our Brand Partners. This team member operates with an attention to detail, identifies opportunities, and develops solutions. This team member is passionate about teaching others and helping hold our teams accountable to Wingstop’s standards. Role Responsibilities - Lead the Zenput Program at Wingstop used to drive Operations Excellence in the business
- Continuously evolve the Zenput system by identifying and implementing enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and impact on food safety and operations excellence.
- Establish and execute project plans to deliver projects on-time
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure the program is used effectively to support the goals of the brand
- Provide support to users of all levels, from restaurant employees to franchisees and corporate employees
- Pull and analyze Zenput data to identify opportunities, trends, etc., and share reporting cross-functionally focused on food safety and operations excellence
- Assess user adoption and engagement with Zenput to drive better utilization and ensure maximum effectiveness of the platform
- Create forms/checklists in the Zenput platform for all cross-functional partners
- Consider the impact of initiatives and SOP changes on the Zenput program and its contents, including but not limited to food safety, operations checklists, etc.
- Create processes for ongoing reviews and updates
- Support the QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness) Auditing Program for food safety and brand standards compliance, as needed
- Review QSC Appeals and explain reasoning for decision and provide training documents for further understanding, as needed
- Travel as needed to BP meetings, Regional meetings, etc. not to exceed 10% of time
The role is office-based at Wingstop’s Global Support Center in Dallas, TX. | |
WHAT YOU’LL NEED | - Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
- Experience in project and program management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings
- Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Self-driven and flexible with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Can make and follow through on plans for workload, projects, etc.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships cross-functionally
