WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Brand Standards Coordinator is a key member of the Brand Standards team supporting the QSC Program and State Food Safety Program. A great Brand Standards Coordinator is collaborative, takes initiative and is driven to support the team, the organization, and our Brand Partners. This team member operates with an attention to detail, has a passion for teaching others and helping hold our teams accountable to adhering to Wingstop’s standards.

Role Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent experience 
• Experience in quality assurance, food safety and/or restaurant operations 
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Food Safety Manager Certification 
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communication in person or in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
• Ability to foresee the impact of both current and future changes in business 
• Self-driven and motivated; can make and follow through on plans for workload, projects, etc. 
• Skilled at building collaborative relationships cross-functionally
