What We Offer :

Competitive Salary : $70,000-$80,000 per year

Comprehensive Benefits : Health insurance, 401K with competitive match, and a generous PTO package

Car Allowance : Up to $500 / month

Cellphone Allowance : Up to $50 / month

Your Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership : Lead the daily operations of multiple locations with energy and passion, ensuring the highest standards in service, quality, and compliance. Your positive attitude and hands-on approach will set the tone for your team.

Revenue Optimization : Take full control of budgets, P&L, and cost management for each location. Your financial acumen will drive profitability and ensure each Wingstop location is running as efficiently as possible.

Developmental Mindset : Your priority is people development - you'll focus on building, mentoring, and training your team to exceed expectations. You'll foster an environment of continuous learning where everyone is empowered to achieve their goals.
