What We're Looking For :
Experience : 2 years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.Education : A high school diploma is preferred, but what matters most is your leadership, passion, and drive.Lead & Inspire : Be the example that motivates and empowers your team to be their best.Guest Champion : Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.Results-Driven : You'll focus on driving sales, boosting profitability, and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.Problem Solver : Quick on your feet, you thrive on solving challenges and finding solutions, not assigning blame.Essential Functions You'll Own :
