WHAT WE’LL NEED | The Sr. Manager of International In-Restaurant Training will be responsible for developing the strategic vision and facilitation of relevant, role-based content and in-restaurant training programs across international franchised restaurants. Additionally, this role will lead the New Store Opening Training process, Certified Training Restaurant Program, and Franchisee onboarding and Training Program for international franchised restaurants. The Sr. Manager of International In-Restaurant Training plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the guest experience, operational excellence, and the Team Member performance that Wingstop is known for.
