WHAT WE’LL NEED

As a Talent Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you are responsible for overseeing multiple organizational programs, from planning, implementation, tracking/analysis, change management and continuous improvement.     You will oversee organizational-wide programs such as performance, succession, career development, and learning initiatives. You will manage the design, development, execution processes of comprehensive organizational development strategies in support of the Wingstop’s direction and priorities.

 

Program Initiatives:

  • Strategy and implementation of Organizational Development programs, including (but not limited to) onboarding, career development, succession, performance/succession, and general education initiatives.
  • Strategy and implementation of competencies and career development opportunities for team members at Wingstop.  Supports team member lifecycle from hire to retire.
  • Strategy, implementation, and analysis of annual performance and succession planning processes
  • Manage programs to elevate the talent pipeline readiness and support team member engagement and career expansion. 
  • Program management and data analysis of leadership and learning development, onboarding, engagement, and career development. 
  • Create data-analytic strategy focused on measurements of program success that lead to collective, data-driven decisions. 
  • Program design, implementation, facilitation and management of overall continued learning programs to enhance capabilities and support business goals that are tied to organizational competencies. Initiative examples include (but not limited to) New Leader Assimilation, assessments, coaching, lunch & learns.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and builds out the talent pipeline (in-person and online offerings)
  • Bring the OD strategy to life through creative content writing and imagery in order to attract, retain, and develop talent at Wingstop. 
  • Design, support, and ownership of all OD-specific program materials, tools, and training techniques.
  • Facilitates training and development programs to enhance the learning process, using a variety of media (including, but not limited to: group discussion, activities, lecture, simulations, assessments, and videos.)
  • Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for team members.
  • Trains and coaches leaders and others involved in team member development efforts.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure team members have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.  
  • Proactively anticipate and manage complex programs and initiatives
  • Lead with influence and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-Starter that goes is driven for program success
  • Program management from strategy to execution 
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience leading training programs, which may be hosted in-person, virtual, offsite, etc.
  • Creative problem solving
  • Continuous improvement 
  • Ability to execute effective solutions in a fast environment
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to be informed of WRI performance and training needs
  • Assess current programs, identify areas for improvement, present recommendations for improvement to cross-functional leaders.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
