Position: Office Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Payroll and office admin to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the accounting department to maintain accurate payroll records and ensure the company's compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include entering and verifying new hire onboarding, billing, printing and filing certain reports, and sending reports to various departments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, highly organized, independent, fast learning and able to solve problems that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Enter new hired employee information into ADP Run & verify on NBO - talentreef.
- Verify the accuracy of time sheet, missing punches, identification (I-9/W-4 info)
- Prepare the payroll for processing
- Check onboarding info in TalentReef & ADP portal
- Enter new hires Direct deposits info in to ADP.
- Follow up APD payroll related emails from ADP and store managers.
- Follow up guests SMG comment, refunds, find repeat guests refund requests, email to block users.
- Chargebacks for Credit cards & delivery services.
- Filing of any important notices, opening mail to organize into bill trays
- Pulling reports from emails, sending to various departments and responding and follow up
- Answering phones, filing, ordering office supplies, and other various office duties
- DoorDash & Uber report generation
- Billing
- Other office tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office & Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
