This position is responsible for preparing fried menu item, while also assisting with daily maintenance and kitchen cleanliness. Schedule:
- Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Monday through Thursday, with rotating Fridays and Saturdays (one week you will a Friday and be off on Saturday and vice versa)
Fryer Duties:
- Prepare and cook all fried menu items according to quality standards.
- Monitor fryer oil levels and quality, change and filter oil when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fryer station.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Assist with daily cleaning of fryers and fry station.
- Perform light maintenance and maintain a clean and hazard-free floor area through regular sweeping, mopping, and degreasing
- Report equipment issues or hazards to management.
- Help with closing prep and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next shift.
- Previous kitchen or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
