Requirements
- Willing to undergo drug screening and background checks
- 25 years or older
- Vehicle that is less than 10 years old with personal auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Must reside/live in Virginia
- Must possess a valid Virginia Drivers License and Virginia Vehicle Registration
