We focus on building strong, cohesive teamwork to achieve the future success of our company.We are looking for a Customer Care Support Coordinator to join our team at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. This role supports the Customer Care department and is 100% in-office.

Responsibilities

•  Assists Customer Care Team to initiate and follow-up with customers (internal and external) to help resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence, and reports.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers keeping with the companies “We Care” philosophy.
• Data entry of purchase orders from customers, RMA’s and freight claims.
• Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Process orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Perform backup support to Customer Care Department or other departments as needed.
• Follows up on customer orders to ensure deliveries are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic customer service skills.
• Retail and/or food service equipment experience a plus.
• Experience in order entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and follow-up skills.
•  Self-starter, motivated with high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analysis and judgment skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Must have experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Epicor ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. May be required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
