What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Manager position at WinHub LLC?
- Prepare, review and/or negotiate contracts of varying types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ/BPA, CPFF, Task Orders and Hybrid) and related documents, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, grants, cooperative agreements, non-disclosure agreements, MOUs and other contract related documents
- Advise project teams on contractual questions and interpretation of terms and conditions, including FAR or agency clauses
- Support the proposal review process including reviewing terms and conditions in solicitations to identify and mitigate risks
- Provide guidance to proposal teams on compliance, assumptions necessary to mitigate risk, and formal and informal proposal drafting.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from cradle to grave, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, analyze them for potential risks, and provide senior-level insights during negotiations
- Maintain accurate contract records, coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution, and oversee contract governance and oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing full contracts and subcontracts lifecycle in a government contractor environment or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contract terms and conditions, including in particular FAR and agency supplements
- Experience in all activities related to creating, negotiating, reviewing, and tracking pre and post award contract documents through contract execution and close-out.
- Experience reviewing and responding to U.S. Government solicitations
- Experience managing a variety of contract types, including firm-fixed-price (FFP), time & materials (T&M), cost-plus, and indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

The annual salary range for this position is $155,000.00 to $200,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
