Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including materials handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Duties
- Fabricate and assemble products as required for order fulfillment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using pallet jacks and cherry pickers.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of materials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems for tracking inventory and processing orders.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure operational safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and inventory management practices.
- Legal Eligibility to work in the US is required.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, cherry picker, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
