Job objectives
1) According to the business needs, planning, arranging, and allocating human and material resources reasonably to ensure that the warehouse achieves overall operational indicators under the premise of compliance and safe operation.
2) Drive business with data, monitor and drive all unresolved abnormal events, act as a driver and actual problem solver for firefighting and abnormal events according to customer needs, coordinate resources during the process, and standardize solutions based on scenarios afterwards.
3) Implement appropriate improvement measures, monitor the process and results of implementation through data tools and achieve appropriate goals.
Job responsibilities
1 - Warehouse operation monitoring (including daily safety operation) The specific job content includes but is not limited to:
· Assist supervisors from inbound or outbound to ensure all staff tasks are carried out properly.
· Reasonable arrangement of personnel, picking, packing, sorting, loading, inventory, moving, replenishment operations; shelving, box inspection, parcel splitting operations.
· Responsible for coordinating the allocation and distribution of goods to be shelved in the shelving area, reasonable, even, on-time distribution of goods to be shelved to ensure that the shelving operation is uninterrupted and not backlogged.
· Responsible for outbound, inbound, and 5S operations in the warehouse to ensure safety production standards and cleanliness.
· Lead and supervise the staff to complete SU operation within the specified time and ensure that the pre-sorting and scanning of packages are completed 100% during warehousing and unloading, and the goods are sorted and stacked according to the scanning gun sorting instructions and placed in the temporary storage area.
· Responsible for helping operators solve exceptions. If they cannot be solved, they will be upgraded and reported upwards in the first time to ensure smooth operation.
· Supervise the standardized process of inbound and outbound operators, and correct incorrect actions in a timely manner.
· Supervise the work efficiency of the inbound and outbound operators and remind and empower employees with low efficiency to optimize operations in a timely manner.
· Ensure that after the operation is completed on the same day, organize employees to check whether the turnover box operated is empty and recycled to ensure that the warehouse area is clean and tidy.
· Assist the operations manager in establishing production standards for each position, ensure the feasibility of warehouse processes and standardize abnormal event solutions through pre-risk analysis, in-process management, and post-event summary dimensions.
2 – Training
· Preach management methods to improve the skills/efficiency of company employees, use mature WI charts, flowcharts, and other training materials, empower inbound and outbound employees to optimize operation processes, avoid quality errors, improve operation efficiency, guide new employees through the third day of skill certification, and pass each performance appraisal.
· Complete the training for new hires according to the training materials and sign to confirm on theday.
· Continuously monitor employee operation standards, help employees avoid error risks, and improve efficiency.
· Train relevant employees in a timely manner when processes or operations need to be changed.
3 – Quality Control
· Responsible for monitoring the standard process of inbound and outbound operations through data to ensure that the number of warehouse exceptions continues to be reduced to ensure quality of service.
4 - Cross-sectoral communication
· According to the efficiency definition of each SU, monitor the work of operators and improve the overall SU efficiency according to the actual situation, serving as a communication bridge between report objects (front-line employees) and report users (managers).
Job Requirements
· Must be authorized to work in the US.
· Possess English communication skills and Spanish communication skills
· Ability to work long and steady hours and accept overtime.
· More than 1 year management experience in overseas warehouse, proficient in inventory management, stocktaking, warehouse operation process, etc. is preferred.
· Possess professional ethics and sense of responsibility, able to ensure attendance rate.
· Ability to adapt to multiple repetitions of work.
· Possess teamwork spirit.
· Proficient in Excel such as pivot table, vlookup and other functions.
· Possess certain management skills and good communication skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
