Account Services Administrator (On-site, Part-Time)
As an Account Services Administrator, you will ensure that franchisee accounts are maintained at company standards, monitoring compliance with franchise agreements regarding payment of accounts owed. You will be responsible for weekly reports and checks to ensure system accuracy. High levels of customer service and following up with franchisees is essential for this position.

Primary Qualifications Include:
- Associates degree in business or accounting preferred or equivalent business experience
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience required, with collections experience desirable
- Excellent customer service skills, strong organization skills, with superior written and verbal communications including tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in interactions.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with A/R accounting systems preferred
- This is a part-time position (24 – 28 hours per week, Monday – Friday), on-site at Winmark’s Plymouth, Minnesota location. The Assistant Controller will partner with the selected candidate to create a schedule that works for both the business and employee. Two business requirements include working Mondays and an 8 am start time. This position pays $23 – $26 hourly DOQ and includes Holiday pay, vacation accrual, personal time, discretionary profit-sharing, and 401k.
