Job Description :
The Marketing Data & Audience Strategy team is hiring a Chief of Staff that is experienced in MarTech and marketing Analytics to join our team. This role will support the leaders running many cross-functional programs within SAP to help operationalize key marketing tech and data initiatives.
This role involves program management of cross-departmental projects, optimizing internal processes, acting as a bridge between stakeholders. The CoS plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of communication, driving key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key tasks include :
- Strategic planning : Development of the goals and key performance indicators within the team
- Thought Leadership : This individual should be able to work on their own with minimum guidance and be a thought leader in marketing strategy.
- Cross functional program management : Agenda setting, coordination of special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and delivery of key outcomes.
- Project communications : serve as a key point of contact for project communications
- Presentation development and design : Revise, draft or format correspondence or presentations
- Analysis
Qualifications :
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience.
